Jim Parmeter has worked as a Valuer in both the private and government sectors for over 35 years. During this time, he has gained extensive knowledge of virtually every asset class within the property market. These include:

  • Suburban Office properties
  • Industrial properties
  • Shopping Centres and retail properties
  • Government buildings such as Law Courts, Universities, Schools and Hospitals

Jim has significant experience in completing valuations for a variety of clients including Investment Funds and Property Trusts, Developers, Corporate property owners, Solicitors, Strata Managers, Not-for-profit organisation, Universities, Schools, Hospitals and private individuals.

Jim has managed large scale valuation assignments on numerous occasions over many years. Some of these valuation projects have involved hundreds of properties Australia wide and have required significant management input for periods up to twelve (12) months.
